Ann McLaughlin Korologos has served as a member of Kellogg Company's Board of Directors since 1989. Ms. Korologos serves as Chair of the Social Responsibility & Public Policy Committee. She also serves on the Compensation Committee, the Nominating & Governance Committee, and the Executive Committee.
From October 1996 until December 2005, Ms. Korologos served as Senior Advisor to Benedetto, Gartland & Company, Inc. From October 1996 until August 2000, she served as Chairman of The Aspen Institute, a non-profit, non-partisan organization whose goal is to enhance, through debate, the effectiveness of the leaders of the country’s democratic institutions. She served as Chairman of the RAND Board of Trustees from April 2004 through April 2009. RAND is a nonprofit institution that helps improve policy and decision making through research and analysis.
Ms. Korologos served as U.S. Secretary of Labor under President Ronald Reagan from 1987-1989. She also served as Under Secretary of the Department of Interior and Assistant Secretary of the Treasury. In September 1989, she was appointed by President George Bush as Chairman of the President’s Commission on Aviation Security and Terrorism and the Commission presented its report to the President in May 1990. From 1990-1995, she served as President of the Federal City Council in Washington, D.C., a non-profit organization.
She is a Director of Host Hotels and Resorts, Inc.; Harman International Industries, Incorporated; and Michael Kors Holdings.
